Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a temporary part time receptionist position in the Johns Creek area. This is for an established organization looking to cover their reception area during a leave. The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors to the organization. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and courteous experience while handling front desk operations, communications, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and service-oriented, with a passion for hospitality and member satisfaction.

*Pay $18-21 BOE
*Temporary coverage until July 2026
*Fully onsite in Johns Creek, GA
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist members with general inquiries, reservations, event information, and directions
- Manage front desk operations, including sign-ins, member verification, and guest passes
- Coordinate communications between members and club departments (golf, dining, events, tennis, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and basic administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Uphold club policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Support special events and tournaments as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer systems
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
